ok, so i started this because i was inspired by the evans4 'community' (which i discovered from hunter's buddy info). now is a wonderful time because i'm waiting while my files transfer from my hard drive to my brother's. i'm doing this because my laptop is psycho. it has this endearing habit of shutting down whenever i run a program that requires a lot of effort on it's part (i.e. ripping cds onto my computer, running dreamweaver, and occasionally when i've tried to compile my java programs). certain people say it's because ibm's aren't good computers but...i know that's not true. i suspect overheating, except it always does it when i first turn my computer on and is less likely to do it after the computer has warmed up for a while. i have no idea what the problem is, but i hope the ibm computer-fixers can figure it out, or give me a new one (please, oh, please).

well, i guess that's enough time wasting for now...
